Best Scrambled Eggs Ever.

Scrambled Eggs

Things you'll need:
2 to 3 Eggs, Tablespoon of oil, Skillet, Bowl, Spoon

  1. Heat your skillet over medium to medium high heat.
  2. Now in the bowl crack your eggs and mix with the spoon.
  3. Pour your oil into your hot skillet.
  4. Pour Eggs into the skillet.
  5. Now if you want chessy eggs add 1 to 2 slices of cheese.
  6. Scramble your eggs with the spoon until they are cooked how you like. Enjoy!
  7. Oh- After there cooked you can add salt and pepper, hot sauce, or salsa whatever floats your boat.

Easy French Toast


Easy French Toast For Two

Things you'll need:
3 Slices of day old bread, 1 Egg, Pinch of salt, 1/2 Cup of milk, 1/4 Teaspoon of sugar, 3/4 cinnamon (divided), Tablespoon of oil, 1/8 Cup of powdered sugar, Syrup, Butter.


  1. Combine milk, sugar, egg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and salt and mix until blended. Heat skillet on medium heat.
  2. Dip bread in milk/egg mixture long enough to soak through. ( tip: take bread out the night before so the bread can dry out so it won't fall apart during this step.)
  3. Put your oil in the hot skillet, now place the sliced bread one at a time and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove from pan and roll in confectioners' sugar mixed with the remaining cinnamon.
  5. Serve with syrup and butter. Enjoy!

Potatoes and Onions

Potatoes And Onions

Things you'll need:
3 Potatoes (peeled and sliced thin), 1 Large Onion ( sliced thin), Salt & Pepper, 1 Tablespoon of Oil, 2 Tablespoons of Butter, 10 inch skillet , dinner plate/ smaller skillet.



  1. Heat your 10 inch pan over medium high heat. Peel and wash the potatoes. Slice the potatoes and onions as thin as you can. Put the potatoes and onions in a bowl and salt and pepper them to your taste.
  2. Add oil and butter to skillet, the butter should start to foam while melting. Add the potatoes and onions into the skillet.
  3. Place either the dinner plate or smaller skillet onto of the potatoes. let the potatoes form a crust for about 2 minutes then take the weight off keep stirring the potatoes and onions for about 20 minutes until there golden and crusted to your desire.

BBQ Pork Chops

BBQ PORK CHOPS
Things you'll need:
Pork Chops, BBQ Sauce, Black Pepper, Baking Sheet, Aluminum Foil.
  1. Rinse pork chops under cold running water. Place meat on a baking pan or cookie sheet. Line with aluminum foil for easy clean up. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place pork chops in 350 degree oven for a few minutes to brown turning them over once. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and liberally pour BBQ Sauce on chops. Continue cooking at 250 until tender and done. Pour sauce on both sides of chops at least one or more times while baking.

easy biscuit doughnuts


Easy To Make Doughnuts:
Need: 1 can of biscuits, small bag of chocolate chips, doughnut cutter, 1 chopstick, paper towels, deep fryer and oil.

Where to start:
1- plug in your deep fryer and heat up the oil.
2- pop open your can of biscuits, lay out a baking sheet.
3- cut the middle out of the biscuit with a doughnut cutter.
4- deep fry biscuits they will float when ready and flip them with a chopstick to cook other side.
5- pull them out of the grease and let them rest on paper towels.
6- take chocolate chips and heat up on a double broiler. which is nothing but a pot of water with a bowl over the pot big enough that it sits on top of pot and pour chips into the bowl.
7- once the chocolate is melted take doughnuts and dip them into the chocolate.
8- let them cool and enjoy.
